Therapy for people who think deeply and feel a lot
You might be here if…
Your brain refuses to take a break - too many thoughts, too many feelings
You’re juggling perfectionism, self-doubt, burnout, or overthinking (sometimes all at once)
You're sometimes overwhelmed by intense emotions or self-harm urges
You’re navigating the impact of your upbringing and past relational wounds
You notice relationship patterns that keep looping, even when you’re trying to change
You’re gifted, neurodivergent, or twice-exceptional (2e) and fluctuate between feeling like you're “too much” or “not enough”
You’re figuring out who you are, what you want, and where you belong - maybe while balancing school, work, or the expectations of everyone around you
You’re LGBTQIA+ and want a therapist who gets your world
You want to drop the mask, stop performing, and reconnect with yourself
If this sounds familiar, then you’re in the right place.
Hi! I’m Karen, a licensed clinical social worker. I work with people who think a lot, feel a lot, and sometimes feel stuck in their own heads. They may struggle with perfectionism, self-doubt, burnout, or frustrating relationship loops. They’re looking for a space to sort it out, make sense of the patterns, and leave feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and a lot more understood.
I use evidence-based approaches in a down-to-earth, conversational way. My goal is to help you make sense of what’s happening in your mind and life, so therapy feels useful, clear, and applicable. We’ll untangle patterns, find practical ways forward, and leave room for your humor, curiosity, and all the messy, human stuff in between.
I celebrate and affirm people of all identities, bodies, and lived experiences. My practice is welcoming to LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent clients, people with chronic illness or disability, and anyone navigating life at the margins.
